Catering

All of our catering prices (except the saver special) include all of the necessary paper products, serving utensils, chaffer pans for hot food, condiments as needed, white table covers for rectangular guest tables, skirting of buffet table (if needed) and complimentary coffee.

For parties of 100 or more, we will include the skirting for your dessert table, head table and gift table.

Our staff service is provided at a charge of 18% of your total bill. This will include our staff dressed in the appropriate attire for your event. They will serve and replenish your food, clean plates from guest tables, empty trash and cut the cake (if needed). However, we do require a minimum of 40 guests for servicing or delivery.

You are welcome to pick up your order for parties under 40 guests.

Please note, we can not offer delivery service for the saver special.

For smaller parties, we can accomodate 20-65 in our banquet room. This is based on availability, time and the day of the week. It is perfect for showers, baptisms, rehersal dinners, etc. We will remain open later for all private parties, if requested.

Custom menu planning is always welcome by appointment.

We offer complete china, silverware, glassware, linens at an extra charge. These prices are based on what package you require. Please call Cathy or Beth for custom pricing.

The deposit to hold your date is $100.00. This is deducted from the total bill.

Final counts are due 7 days prior to your event (except saver specials - 24 hours notice).

St. Barbara is great for anniversary parties, bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, reunions, graduation parties and any other event you can think of.
